Terms of Service
Provider and Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ElevateSoul.ai platform operated by:

The platform provides career acceleration services, including job search tools, resume and cover letter creation, AI-assisted features, chat, learning resources, and video courses (e.g. the Agentic-AI Course). The service is experimental; you use it at your own risk. By registering or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Registration and Account
To use certain features you must register and create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 16 years of age (or the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to use the service
The contract for use of the platform is formed when you complete registration and accept these Terms. We may refuse or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.
Use of the Service
You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
- Upload or share content that is defamatory, infringing, or otherwise illegal
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems
- Scrape, automate, or overload the service in a way that impairs its operation
- Resell or commercially exploit the service without our prior written consent
We may offer different access levels (e.g. candidate, learner, coach, admin). Your use must comply with the features and rules applicable to your account type.
Intellectual Property and Your Content
The platform, including its design, text, graphics, and software (excluding user content), is owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as permitted here.
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. resumes, profile data, chat input). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it as necessary to provide and improve the service, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Using the Service at Your Own Risk
We're building this with you and the platform is always evolving. We don't guarantee that everything will be perfect or that outcomes will match your expectations. Please use the service at your own risk and make your own decisions—we're here to help, but you're in the driver's seat.
Term and Termination
The contract runs for an indefinite term. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, for legal or regulatory reasons, or to protect the platform. We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice where appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases; we may retain data as required by law or as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a "Last updated" date. For material changes we will notify you (e.g. by email or a notice in the platform) where required by law. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the service.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For disputes with us as a merchant (Unternehmer), the place of jurisdiction is our place of business in Germany, unless a different mandatory forum applies.
Severability and Contact
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
