Podcast Guests
Episodes of Dr. Arman Nassirtoussi's Podcast are recorded as public live sessions (for example on LinkedIn Live) and published on elevatesoul.ai and our other channels. Guests get an account and an episode page on ElevateSoul.ai. For this we process their name, photo, LinkedIn profile URL and email address.
On their episode page, guests are asked to confirm the Episode Promotion Agreement by clicking "I Agree". When they do, we record:
- the date and time of the confirmation
- the email address the guest enters, which also becomes their account email
- a copy of the exact text confirmed, including the date of this privacy policy
Purpose and legal basis: publishing the episode, its shorts and the guest's name, photo and LinkedIn profile serves our legitimate interest in sharing conversations that took place publicly, and is confirmed by the guest through the agreement. Keeping the record above serves our legitimate interest in being able to show that confirmation.
Retention: we keep the record for as long as the episode is published and afterwards for as long as we may need to show the confirmation.
Guests can ask at any time for their name and photo to be removed from the episode page, and exercise all rights listed below, by writing to arman [at] elevatesoul [dot] ai.

We may use third-party services to provide and improve our platform, including but not limited to:
- Analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Advertising and marketing services
